Terms of Service

By requesting services or making any payment under an issued Invoice, the Client agrees to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Services are auxiliary and operational in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, or consulting services.

2. Service Provision

The Service Provider determines how and when services are performed.

The Service Provider may serve multiple clients simultaneously.

3. Compensation

Services are paid based on issued Invoices.

Client identification may include name and either phone or address.

4. Acceptance

Payment of an Invoice constitutes acceptance of Terms, confirmation of scope, and confirmation of service delivery.

5. Expenses

Pre-approved expenses may be reimbursed by the Client.

6. Independent Contractor

The Service Provider acts as an independent contractor and not as an employee. No partnership or joint venture is created.

7. Confidentiality

All information, materials, and communications are treated as confidential.

The Service Provider is not required to disclose detailed service content, documents, or communications, except where required by law.

For compliance purposes, only general service descriptions and amounts may be disclosed.

8. Communication

All communication may occur via electronic means (email, messaging apps, etc.) and is considered legally valid.

Such communication remains confidential.

9. Intellectual Property

Work results belong to the Client, except pre-existing materials of the Service Provider.

10. Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid under the relevant Invoice. No indirect damages are covered.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.

12. Electronic Form

Electronic acceptance and payments are legally equivalent to signed agreements.

13. Final Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
